Shipping Policies

We offer many shipping options to best suit your needs. All orders placed will be processed within 24-48 hours pending credit card approval during normal business hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central time. Orders placed outside of our normal business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.

 

Once your order has been processed and your payment has been received your order will be shipped via the delivery method that you selected. Shipping charges and fees are based on weight, location, and type of delivery service. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped we will send you a confirmation email with the shipping and tracking information.

USPS Standard Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days

UPS Home Delivery/Ground: 3-5 business days

UPS 2 Day: 2 business days
UPS Standard Overnight: 1 business day

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start the free shipping return process, please send us an email to supportnenaessentials.com. Merchandise eligible for returns includes items that are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and undamaged. Please ensure that the product meets these criteria for a successful return process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
